You will work in partnership with all associates and managers to learn about our product and brand. You will also be pro-active in building and maintaining lasting client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stay up to date with product knowledge of store offerings
• Greet, engage, and educate customers on the features and bene?ts of furniture and accessories
• Process register transactions accurately and ef?ciently
• Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines
• Take initiative and have a high-level of ownership and accountability for individual results
• Welcomes feedback and adapts behaviors as appropriate
• Represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or home furnishings industry
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Pro?cient with current technology i.e. iPads, MAC, PC PHSYICAL REQUIREMENTS
    • Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
    • Ability to maneuver effectively around sales ?oor and stockroom
    • Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
    • Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
