• Certification Details
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• RVT - Registered Vascular Technologist (required within 7 months of hire)
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (if applicable)
• State License Verification (required within 30 days of start)
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) (required within 30 days of start)
  • Job Details
  • Profession/Specialty: Registered Vascular Technologist/Echo Technologist.
  • The Registered/Registry Eligible Cardiovascular Technologist is responsible for performing all cardiac and vascular exams and providing clerical relief as needed.
  • Job responsibilities apply to all patient populations including neonate, pediatric, adult and geriatric.
    • Job Requirements
    • Graduate of Associate Degree patient care related program (unless registries obtained prior to 2005).
    • Vascular Registry is required.
    • Echo registry is preferred.
      • Schedule Information
      • 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri 8am-5pm w/ 1 hour lunch break, rotating weekends with other techs so it will be every 5th weekend.
      • Call on the weekend that they are working in addition to 1-2 weekdays/week.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Adheres to organization-wide and other applicable policies and procedures.
