Chemours is seeking a Value Stream Leader to join our Corpus
Christi Operations team! This position will report directly to the
Plant Manager at our Corpus Christi, TX location.
The primary responsibility of this role is to increase the ratio of
value to non-value manufacturing for a defined product family that
ensures the value stream meets or exceeds customer requirements.
Through their understanding of the value stream and capabilities of
the processes, they will eliminate waste in overall operations from
start to finish. They will identify value as defined from the
customers perspective and lead efforts to achieve improvements to
value-creating flow.
Within their assigned area, this role drives implementation,
alignment, and execution of business processes to ensure maximum
benefit is derived. Identifies complex problems and ensures
resolution through the appropriate channels. May participate in the
design, testing, and implementation of system upgrades.
Participates in root cause analysis of problems, and appropriately
communicates to ensure corrective actions are implemented. Drives
business process improvements and the innovative use of integrated
systems. The role will provide focus and alignment to activities
and resources for value creation and through influence works to
achieve value stream excellence.

Pay Range (in local currency):
$97,843.00 - $152,880.00

Annual Bonus Target:

oftotal compensation. Factorsconsidered in extending a compensation
offer include (but are notlimitedto) responsibilities of the
job,experience, knowledge, skills,and abilities, as wellas internal
equity, andalignment with marketdata. The incentive pay is
dependent on business results and individual performance and
subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
