Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Mainframe Operations responsible for overseeing Mainframe Operations teams and ensuring service delivery excellence.



Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery and support process across multiple initiatives, ensuring sustainable Mainframe Operations practices
Lead and mentor a team of service-oriented professionals while managing performance and resource allocation
Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence by reviewing service levels and implementing best practices


Required Qualifications

5+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 10+ years as a senior-level operator in large-scale Mainframe Operations
Ability to support night shift by primarily working overnight hours
Demonstrated success in leading Mainframe Operations support teams in a 24/7 mission-critical environment
Deep understanding of complex business environments and the ability to adapt accordingly
Experience in maintaining IT Infrastructure policies and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
