A company is looking for a Technical Customer Success Lead to manage customer relationships and drive commercial success.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary contact
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration of solutions
Collect and synthesize product feedback to inform product development


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong technical aptitude with comfort in developer tools and APIs
Basic coding skills to write and understand simple code snippets
Genuine interest in applied AI and its real-world applications
A "founder-ish" background capable of managing multiple priorities in a startup environment
