Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Database
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of data engineers to design and optimize
database technologies
Architect enterprise-wide data strategies and ensure performance,
resiliency, and scalability
Develop data movement pipelines and oversee data architecture and
governance models
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of overall software development experience
Minimum 8 years in a data engineering/architecture role
Minimum 2 years in a people management role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a
related field
Experience with RDBMS (primarily MS SQL Server and Azure SQL) and
NoSQL databases
