Job Description:

Mobile Diesel Vehicle Mechanic
Clean Harbors is seeking a skilled Mobile Diesel Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Port Lavaca, TX. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our company fleet.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Conduct routine maintenance and repair on heavy and light duty vehicles, including drive lines, transmissions, suspensions, clutches, air brakes, and other maintenance tasks
  
• Perform DOT inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards
  
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
  
• Operate various hand and power tools, including gauges, forklifts, shunt truck, torches, and grinders
  
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management to support the needs of the Clean Harbors business
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • At least one year of experience in light to heavy duty maintenance and repair
    
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    
  • Computer experience is a plus
    
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
    
  • Must have own tools
