Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Consultant responsible for
managing client relationships and diverse HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for high-touch, multi-state
clients
Oversee leave of absence cases and ensure compliance with
regulations
Train and mentor HR Associates while contributing to special
projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in human resources or a
related field
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and
regulations
Experience managing multi-state leave of absence cases
Broad experience at the HR generalist level required
PHR, PHRca, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification required; to
be obtained within 1 year of hire
