Human Resource Generalist - Skilled Nursing Community

At Touchstone Communities, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our leadership team and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across our skilled nursing communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees to meet the needs of our growing organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  Requirements
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
