Aveanna Private Duty nurses assist patients transitioning home from the hospital and provide continuous care needed to remain at home with loved ones. We match nurses to patients based on skill, age, health condition, and acuity level. Our nurses make a positive and lasting impact on patients' lives by providing one-on-one care ranging from 8 to 16-hour shifts.
