We are currently seeking a dedicated Pediatric Sedation Physician to join our dynamic team.Job Description:As a Pediatric Sedation Physician, you will be responsible for providing sedation outside of the operating room for children requiring procedural sedation. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled nurses and physicians with expertise in sedation management. Responsibilities:

• Administering sedation to pediatric patients undergoing procedures outside of the operating room.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective sedation practices.
• Monitoring patients throughout the sedation process and managing any complications that may arise.
• Providing pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure follow-up care.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance sedation services.
• Providing education and training to healthcare professionals on sedation protocols and best practices.
• The chance to lead and shape the pediatric sedation program based on your level of experience and expertise. Requirements:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
  • Training and experience in pediatric procedural sedation.
  • Excellent clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
