• Employment Type: TravelKey Responsibilities:
  
  Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients during a defined work period.
  Oversee and direct the activities of nursing staff, including LVN/LPNs and nursing assistants.
  Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
  Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.
  Attend required training sessions and maintain certifications as needed.
  Qualifications:
  
  Education/Skills:
  
  Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  Experience:
  
  One year of nursing experience preferred.
  Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
  
  Current Texas State RN License or Compact RN License.
  BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
