Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to patients, families, and communities.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families.
• Monitor patient vital signs, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Texas State RN License.
  • One year of experience in nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
  • CPR (American Heart Association) certification and ACLS required within six months of hire/transfer date.
  • PALS certification within 18 months of hire/transfer date.Work Environment:CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline is a 350-bed acute care hospital located on the shores of Corpus Christi Bay.
